The Terms of Services establish the rules and responsibilities for using AgentHub, ensuring a safe and collaborative environment for all participants.

Key Terms:

• Acceptance of Decentralized Operations: Users agree to participate in a decentralized system where governance and decisions are community-driven through smart contracts and DAOs.

• Intellectual Property: Content uploaded to AgentHub, including datasets and AI models, remains the property of the contributors unless explicitly transferred. However, contributors grant limited usage rights to users who access the content.

• Prohibited Activities: Actions such as deploying malicious agents, violating copyright laws, or engaging in fraudulent activities are strictly forbidden. Violators face penalties enforced by community governance mechanisms.

• Dispute Resolution: Disputes are resolved through a transparent, DAO-driven voting system, ensuring fairness and decentralization. Smart contracts automate resolutions where applicable.

• Updates to ToS: Any changes to the Terms of Service are proposed and voted on by the community, ensuring user involvement in platform governance.
